You will need the following information to log in to eJUROR:

• Your 9-digit Participant Number (located next to your name and address on the form you received in the mail). Click on the "Questionnaire/Summons Example" to help you locate your participant number.

• The first three letters of your last name.

• Your date of birth.

Before proceeding, be sure the information you received in the mail is from the Middle District of Florida. If not, you are on the wrong federal court website. You will not be able to log in and you should call the phone number in your paperwork.

It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the Questionnaire or Summons. Your responses will not be retained if you exit before completing the entire Questionnaire or Summons.
